Team Building 2015: Palm Beach Resort - Laiya, Batangas

Dahil summer na! Team Building na!

We recently did our Team Building 2015 at Palm Beach Resort in Laiya, Batangas.

I can say na it is totally good for us to have a break’

The place is good and the sea is very inviting!

We stayed there for 1 day and 1 night and do some activities for the team.

And for the team building activities 

The First prize goes to  BLUE team worth 4,000 php, second prize goes to YELLOW team worth 2,500 php and the last but not the list the third prize goes to my team hahaha the RED team worth 1,500. Hahaha not bad though.

We all agreed the the prized will be used to buy some beer and chips for the night gathering.

We really enjoy the game specially that we have some gays in the team that makes more jokes.

The food was served in buffet style and they set the time for breakfast, lunch, meryenda and dinner. So you need to be on time for you to be fed. haha

Sorry if I am not too much detailed. It’s just that we just enjoyed the vacation.

Maybe I will add some details next time.. Hahaha..

I can also recommend this resort if you want to take a vacation privately with your someone.

Every year McDonald’s celebrates, McDonald’s National Breakfast Day! They are giving FREE McMuffin sandwiches to the first 1,000 early birds starting 6AM to 9AM.

I am glad that I’m included to the last 30 people to be given away. I promise next year I will be earlier just for this event. Hahaha  I really love freebies!

Gab at 2 (Birthday Preparation)

Ang bilis talaga ng panahon, parang kelan lang nung inanganak ko si Luke Gabriel ko. Ngayon 2 years old na sya. Marunong na maglambing, mang- away at kung anu-ano pa! kaya naman kahit wala kami budget para sa birthday nya. Pinilit ko gawan ng paraan.

Nung first birthday nya kasi talaga naman pinaghandaan naming yun, from the food, to the clowns, giveaways atbp. Pero ngayon dahil wala masyado budget. Napag desisyonan naming nag awing simple lang ang celebration.

So nag start ako mag plan kung anu lang ang mga icoconsider ko na ihanda. I make sure that I have a list of everything that I need para talagang magkasya ang budget ko. Haha..

So here’s the list:

For the food, Inestimate ko ung dami ng bisita at kapitbahay napagbibigyan saka ako namili.

4 kilos of spaghetti    1,500 php

1 ½ pansit bihon with canton  700 php               

2 kilo Biko      300 php

Hotdog on stick with Mallows   250 php

400g na chicken macaroni salad.   300 php

Apple juice                      100 php

Nilagang pata for the ulam      500 php

2 big Bangus for the pulutan haha..    300 php

Tarpulin – Clash of Clans theme ang meron sya’ gawa ng ninang nya.     200 php.

Marble Chiffon Cake – goldilocks, plain lang ako na nagdecorate ng theme  800 php

Paper plates/cup, spoon/fork etc.           250 php

For the sounds naman, hindi na ko ng rent ng videoke, kasi wala naman gano bisita darating. Humiram nalang kami ng sound system sa kapatid ng asawa ko. 2 big speakers na my amplier pa. 

Sad to say hindi kami nakapag kantahan kasi hindi compatible ung cd sa dvd naming. Haha.

Pero kahit hindi ganun ka bongga ang celebration, masaya ako at ng-enjoy ang anak ko! Bawi nalang kami next time haha.

For those mom na nahihirapan mag budget para sa birthday ng babies nila. Hindi naman kelangan lagging bongga. Ang mahalaga yung mabusog mo ung bisita mo at ng enjoy sila.  Hindi na nga ko naka bili ng balloons dyan eh.. haha.

Tip ko lang di bale na konti ang handa basta masarap!

Pwede nyo rin gayahin yung ginawa ko, kayo na lang magdesign ng cake nyo para mas makatipid kayo.

You don’t need so much money to enjoy your Valentine’s Day. You just need to put an effort to work on it and with that you can still have a special Valentine’s Day with your love.
